The buildings range in size from our 24×24 to a 100×100 building, we manufacture the rigid frame parts in volume so you get the benefit of volume pricing right up front. Thus, these are priced to be the most cost effective pre-engineered buildings that can be bought anywhere in the Midwest.

These building packages have been specifically designed to give the end user significant flexibility in choosing the configuration of their building. At the same time you can expect to receive the highest quality building available that is simple to erect and can meet any engineering design requirement for pre-engineered steel buildings. We pre-weld all clips on our buildings so you do not end up with a huge jig-saw puzzle trying to figure out what goes where.

Our assembly drawings are easy to read and all part numbers are clearly marked. Since we service a wide range of customers in the mid-west we have two snow load categories to choose from, 10 lb and 20 lb. Standard Buildings come with the following features:

  • Designed to IBC 2006 Building Code.
  • Package includes all bolts, nuts, screws, sealant tape and closures for assembly.
  • One 3070 steel walk door with standard lock.
  • Complete set of assembly drawings and anchor bolt layout plans.
  • Factory welded clips.
  • Designed for 90 MPH wind load, 20lb live load reduced as appropriate, 2lb collateral load.
  • 2:12 Roof Slope
  • 25-year 26 gauge Galvalume Plus Roof, Colored roof is optional.
  • Colored walls and trim. All colored PBR panels and trim are 26 gauge, 40-year warranty on paint.
  • On all buildings less than 60’ in width, endwall door openings are pre-set. They can be used as a door opening or sheeted over.
